A Message from Lois...
Summer is quickly approaching. As you all look forward to summer holidays and lazy days with your families, keep a special place in your heart and prayers for those who are suffering through an illness. My friend, Joanne, has breast cancer and is undergoing chemo and then radiation. It's a tough battle, but she is showing great strength and bravery.

I am featuring my Awareness Jewellery from now until October, when I am participating in the "Run for the Cure". $10 from each Breast Cancer Awareness Bracelet or Necklace will be donated to the Run for the Cure. They make wonderful gifts and help to support a great cause. June birthstone is Light Rose Crystal or Pearl.

NOTE: Hummingbird Designs will be closed from June 7-14, 2009 (for me to go on vacation), however, if you would still like to place an order, I will be sure to get back to you as soon as I get back.
